Where we send
The United Kingdom, most of Europe, the United States, and a number of other countries. If yours is not offered at checkout it is because we cannot currently send there. Ask us and we will tell you whether that is likely to change.
Once it has gone
- You will get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second one with tracking when it leaves us.
- Estimates are working days and start the day after despatch. They are estimates rather than guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is theirs.
- Nothing needs signing for as standard.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel has not arrived a few days past its estimate, or turns up damaged, tell us and we will sort it. Keep the packaging if anything has leaked in transit, as the courier usually wants to see it.
Buying for a business? Ask for a trade account. Trade pricing is applied at the checkout on its own once your account is set up, and trade orders are delivered within the UK by weight: £12.99 up to 30kg, £29.99 to 150kg, £49.99 over. The same enquiry covers pallet quantities and stocking the range.
